Communication is Transformation
Sustainable transformation is made possible through a long-term intervention of habitual or institutionalized processes. Especially the individual facilitation and support of organizations is a characteristic that distinguishes my work. The relationship work and contact design is an essential factor for success.
Through the systemic approach, coaching and intervention brings out all that is embedded and often hidden. The properly supported but above all the self-motivated intention to change is a central aspect. The encouragement of resources and the development of self-introduced issues allows the coachee to become the main actor in his or her transformation. Autheticity and a value-based orientation promote the success of a organization and the empowerment of the individual.
